Rent Agreement

Which is the owner of Building No. Renal building Address . Two rooms, two bathrooms and a hall are built on the second floor of the said building on the first side. Whole details are given at the end of this article, the second party wants to hire and the first party is also ready to give the said party to the second party. Therefore, we make the following contract to rent and give part of the tenancy to each other.

1.That the tenancy will be valid only till 11/05/2020/2020.

2. That the rent of the tenancy portion between us has been fixed at Rs. 13000 / - (Thirteen thousand rupees), which is acceptable to both the parties.

3. That the Second Party paid a total of Rs. 13000 / - (Thirteen Thousand Rupees) as Advance and 13000 / - (Thirteen Thousand Rupees) as Security Money totaling 26000 / - (Twenty-six Thousand Rupees) to the First Party.

5.That the electricity bill of the tenancy portion will be payable by the third party according to the charge meter.

6. That the second party rent will continue to be paid to the first party between the 20th and the 25th of every month.

7. That the bipartisan tenants shall not do any sabotage in the tenancy without the permission of the first party, nor shall there be any sublet tenant.

8. That if the bipartisan wants to vacate or get the house vacated between 11 months, then they can vacate the house by giving one month's notice to each other.

9. That the first party has given the tenancy portion to the second party on rent for only 11 months. Which will be valid from 20/06/2020 till 19/05/2021. This tenancy will be terminated automatically after 11 months.

10. That if the relationship between the both parties is good, then the first party will have the right to 10 per cent of the rental amount as per the new terms.

Therefore, this tenancy has been read, heard and understood by both sides of us and executed by making our own signatures that there is proof and work is done on time.
